After the relaxing introduction to the staff and the menu, you will be escorted to your table as the dining experience begins with a wide array of appetizers and entrees that compare to the best restaurants of the largest cities in the United States. Additionally, the Carnegie Inn & Spa Fine Dining wine list is one of the best in the area and features a wide variety of wines from California, France and other countries. It’s almost impossible not to revere the scenery from the dining room, where a bow window allows dinner guests to view the beautiful flowers that surround the Carnegie Inn & Spa Fine Dining and the woods bordering the golf course. After dinner, admire the Toftrees area while lounging on the front porch, or take a leisurely stroll to the wisteria-covered veranda where we will gladly serve you from our coffee, dessert, and specialty beverage menu.

Awarded for its lodging facilities, this boutique hotel was the first recipient located in Central Pennsylvania. Our overnight packages typically include fine dining for two, with a complimentary made-to-order breakfast that every hotel guest can enjoy each morning. Light fare can also be delivered to ESSpa Kozmetika for guests who wish to dine before or after their treatments.

Paul Kendeffy is a 1995 graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and apprenticed at Maxime’s Restaurant in New York. He joins the Carnegie Inn & Spa with extensive experience having had previous partnerships in Alto, The Gamble Mill and the award winning Zola’s Restaurants.
