Upon arriving, guests are invited to browse the extensive wine collection in our newly constructed Wine Cellar. Next, it’s on to one of the Library’s cozy fireside nooks for cocktails and complimentary hors d’oeuvres while the menu is perused. Guests are then welcome to linger and chat by the fire, seated in the dining room only when their meal is ready to be served.
With such a wonderful opening act, it’s only natural that the cuisine exceeds all expectations, with an enticing symphony of appetizers, salads and entrees created by award-winning Executive Chef Lisa Palermo.
Bringing the evening to a perfect close, after-dinner drinks are served on the Inn’s patio, porch, or in the library.
Our overnight packages typically include fine dining for two, with a complimentary made-to-order breakfast that every hotel guest can enjoy each morning.
Light fare can also be delivered to ESSpa Kozmetika for guests who wish to dine before or after their treatments.
